Harassment at Max by Micromax

Hello people hope you all are doing great....  Its been long since i did write a blog but as you people know work doesnt permit to be socially active...  Anyways coming to the point today I will write a blog on the worst cellular company I have ever seen in my life....

I purchased a brand new Micromax A-96 from a mobile shop in borivali west on 29-6-2014. The cell was working perfectly OK... Suddenly 1 day I was not able to charge my phone. I went to the service center in Borivali-west on 14-7-2014. After checking my phone and making me wait for almost 2 hours they finally told me that my charger circuit is dead and they will replace it and give me the phone back after 7-8 working days... When I said that I want a new phone instead of replacing the part because its been just 15 days that I got this cell. I was shocked by the reply they gave me, They told me that if the cell would had faced any problem within the 1st 7 days then only the company will replace it.... Does it means that Micromax gives us a cell with faulty parts which can last only upto 7 days???? After 22 days when I went there they told me that the 'Motherboard' of the  cell is damaged and they will take another 8 days to give me my cell back....

Couple of days back when I went there to take my cell back they said it will take another 15 days....  Is Micromax trying to fool around with its customers????  I used the cell for just 15 days and it is in the service center since the past 45 days and they are asking for more 15 days.... I think so I should have purchased a second hand cell instead of spending so much on a brand new cell....

Last but not the least kindly teach your staff at borivali service center the way to deal with the customers... There language is worst then language used by local goons.... Even the female executives are the worst I have ever seen. For e.g; I told your female executive that if this is the way the company is providing me such worst services then I will take Micromax to court. The reply she gave me did not only shocked me but it will shock you also, She told me that "Aapko case karna hain to karo, Konsa mera ghar ka company hain"....

Its a humble request please reply to this ASAP.......
